Do you separate glass by colour?
Yes. We provide clear, green and brown containers where volumes justify it, which protects the re-melt value of the material and improves your recycling rate.
How often will my glass be collected?
Collection frequency is built around your site — typically weekly for busy bars and restaurants, and fortnightly or on-demand for lower-volume sites.
What containers do you supply for glass?
We provide 240L wheelie bins, 660L and 1100L containers, and external bottle banks for high-volume venues, all chosen to suit the space you have.
Is glass recycling cheaper than general waste?
In most cases yes. Separating glass reduces your general waste weight and gate fees, and clean glass attracts a lower processing cost.
What happens to my glass after collection?
It is taken to a UK reprocessor, cleaned, crushed into cullet and used to make new bottles and jars — usually back on shelves within weeks.
Do you provide duty-of-care paperwork?
Yes. Every collection is covered by a Waste Transfer Note and you receive recycling reports for ESG and compliance reporting.
