What is classed as WEEE?
Any item with a plug, battery or circuit — IT equipment, monitors, phones, white goods, lab equipment, lighting and small electricals.
Do you securely wipe data-bearing devices?
Yes. Hard drives, SSDs and mobile devices are wiped to NCSC-aligned standards or physically destroyed, with a certificate of destruction issued for each asset.
Do I get a WEEE compliance certificate?
Yes. We issue Waste Transfer Notes, asset lists and WEEE recycling certificates for every collection — essential for audit and ESG reporting.
Can you collect from multiple sites?
Yes. We run national WEEE collections for multi-site estates with consolidated reporting across all locations.
What happens to the equipment after collection?
Devices are tested for reuse where possible, then dismantled at AATF-approved facilities to recover metals, plastics and rare earth materials.
Do you handle batteries and lamps?
Yes. Lithium and lead-acid batteries, fluorescent tubes and LED lamps are collected in compliant containers and routed to specialist treatment.
